Registration
For registration use the “PDN Registration Form” that can be downloaded from Documents and forms.
Both music files and the agreement forms for personal data, digital media for each competitor has to be uploaded before the deadline of registration. The music files and the agreement forms has to have the right file names and has to be upload at the deadline for the registration to google drive, see Documents and forms.
All registration forms will be checked and validated. If you will be asked to send in missing parts or correct any parts of the registration after deadline for registration this has to be done without 48 hours. Any registrations for a competitor that after this is not complete will be disqualified.
Dates 2025
Deadline registration
The registration form has to be submitted and the music files and agreement forms has to be uploaded at latest by February 24th 2025.
Competition Week
Tuesday April 22th – Arrival day
Wednesday April 23th – Rehearsals on Stage
Thursday April 24th – Semifinal
Friday April 25th – Grand Finale
Saturday April 26th – Feedback until 11.30 and Departure Day
Registration Fee
The registration fee is 200 EUR / competitor
The registration fee includes:
- Participation in Prix du Nord
- 3 classes
- Merchandise package
- Meal tickets for 3x lunch + 3x dinner (drinks not included)
- Entrance to the Tivoli Gardens
PDN will send an invoice to the school of the competitor after receiving the registration. The invoice can be sent to an individual if this has been stated at the registration.
Accommodation
Prix du Nord has partnered with Arp-Hansen Hotels.

Next House Copenhagen has a strict policy that requires a minimum of one person 18 years or older per room. The rooms must be booked as private rooms.

OPTION 2:
Wakeup Copenhagen, Bernstorffsgade – Smart budget hotel in Copenhagen – close to Tivoli.
Wakeup Standard Double Room for single/double use.
Price: DKK 640/740 per room per night, including breakfast.
A very good room of 12 m2, often located on lower floors. Free Wi-Fi, 160 cm double bed with a Getama mattress, air conditioning, desk, flat-screen TV.
At Wakeup Copenhagen, Bernstorffsgade, minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult staying at the hotel. If a room is booked for guests under 18 alone, we ask that the name of the responsible coach or parent traveling with the young dancer be noted.

Release
Any rooms that have not been reserved 30 days before arrival will be fully released.
After this, it will no longer be possible to make reservations through the booking link.

Accompanying Adults
Accompanying adults, families and so on are more than welcome to use the discount code for hotel rooms. See Accommodation for further info.
Accompanying teachers will be offered a meal-ticket package:
One package contains 3x lunch + 3x dinner (drinks not included) for the prize of 240 DKK pr. person.
Further more Tivoli has agreed to let accompanying adults buy Entrance tickets, Ride Passes and Tivoli Passes with a discount.
