Registration
The organizer for the National Selection has to register the selected students with the “PDN Registration Form” that can be downloaded from Documents and forms.
The organizer has to upload both music files and the agreement forms for personal data, digital media for each competitor.
The music files and the agreement forms has to have the right file names and has to be upload at the deadline for the registration to google drive, see Documents and forms.
The organizer can on top of submitting the number of competitors given their country also submit the same number of reserves. The reserves have to be ranked in which order they would be relevant to replace a competitor.
The students cannot register themselves.
The registration form has to be submitted and the music files and agreement forms has to be uploaded at latest by January 15th 2023.
All registration forms will be checked and validated. If you will be asked to send in missing parts or correct any parts of the registration after deadline for registration this has to be done without 48 hours. Any registrations for a competitor that after this is not complete will be disqualified.
Registration Fee
There has to be a registration fee paid for each submitted competitor. The registration fee includes competition, local bus tickets, lunch, dinner and snacks for the competitors.
PDN will send an invoice to the school of the competitor after receiving the registration. The invoice can be sent to an individual if this has been stated at the registration.
The registration fee is 1 800 SEK / competitor
Accommodation
This year we have some pre-booked hotel rooms at Scandic Europa to a special deal. The hotel is located only 10 minutes walk to Kronhuset and 10 minutes with local bus to damce studios at the ballet school in Gothenburg. Prices below refers cost per room:
Single room: 850 SEK/night
Double room: 950 SEK/night
Family room: 1690 SEK/night 3 or 4 persons)
The hotel can be booked between the 22th of December and the 13th of January. After the 13th of January to the 25th of January you can book rooms if the hotel has rooms available and to the prices above. If you book after the 25th of January the prices might be changed and we can´t guarantee that the hotel has rooms.
Diffrent ways to book, read carefully
To book 1-9 rooms from the 22th of December till the 13th of January:
Reservations must be made directly through Scandic individual central booking by phone,

To book your room select number one and give them your booking code BSVE150323 to get the prices above.
To book more than 10 rooms from the 22th of December till the 13th of January:

- You need to give them the following information

- Name of contact person
- Contact information and phone number to contact person
- Name of the school
- Amount of rooms and how you want to devide them amongst yourselves
- How you want to pay for your room
To book rooms after the 13th of January:

- You need to give them the following information

- Name of contact person
- Contact information and phone number to contact person
- Name of the school
- Amount of rooms and how you want to devide them amongst yourselves
